Amateur Ancestor Stories - Online Series

What can objects tell us about who we are as a species? How we got to where we are and where we might go next?

Join Justine Boussard for a series of online Amateur Ancestor Stories. Each event will follow the same format: 15mn of storytelling, followed by 15mn of quiet reflection following a prompt, and an optional additional 15mn to share thoughts with others. This is a unique opportunity to hear the stories which are normally only performed at events or in workshops.

Each event will be dedicated to a charity with a suggested donation of £5. Link to the fundraiser page will be provided at a later stage.

Thursday 24th July - 8.45pm - The Story of the Ancient Egyptian Gold Beads - in support of Choose Love, a charity that supports refugees across the world, and in particular Gaza and the Sudan.

Thursday 4th September - 8-8.45pm - The Story of the Cotton Dress - in support of The Resilience Project, a charity that supports young climate leaders

Thursday 23rd October - 1-1.45pm - Story TBC - in support of Cool Earth, a charity that supports indigenous leaders protecting the world's rainforests
